From the moment you arrive, you’re treated to the exceptional services that Disney is known for. Your greens fee includes the use of a technologically advanced GPS-equipped golf cart, providing detailed images of hazards, yardages, hole layouts, and pin positions to assist in your game planning.

Moreover, the course also offers a full-service pro shop stocked with the latest golf gear, a driving range for pre-round practice, and a clubhouse with locker rooms and shower facilities.

Family & Accessibility Friendly

Understanding the need for a family-friendly and accessible environment, Disney offers unique four-seater family golf carts, allowing two adults and two non-playing children to enjoy a round of golf together. For those needing assistance with mobility, the course also provides SoloRider single-rider golf carts designed to accommodate golfers with disabilities.

Dining Options

Chip ‘n’ Dale’s Cafe

After a round of golf, grab a bite at Chip ‘n’ Dale’s Cafe, located at the clubhouse. This charming spot serves up breakfast and lunch, featuring sandwiches, salads, snacks, and drinks.

Golf Carts

The golf course carts are equipped with GPS technology, providing detailed images of hazards, yardages, hole layouts, pin positions, and more to assist in your game planning.

Your greens fee includes the use of a golf cart; there’s no extra charge for the cart. Designed for two guests, our carts come with a mini cooler, a sand bucket for divot filling, front windshields, and rear pull-down club covers for unexpected showers. To minimize turf stress and ensure golf cart accessibility, two golfers are paired up in each cart.

For an enjoyable pace of play, golf carts are mandatory on the three championship courses found at Walt Disney World. If you’d rather walk the course, we suggest Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course, a 9-hole walking course.

Family Golf Carts

Now you can use the new Disney character-themed four-seater golf carts at Walt Disney World® Golf, managed by Arnold Palmer Golf Management. Previously, families playing a round of golf required two separate two-seater golf carts. This was inconvenient for families with young children, as the driver must be at least 16 years old with a valid license. Now, a family of four, such as two adults and two non-playing children, can use a single four-seater golf cart.

Accessibility Golf Carts

Every rider has a unique story, from seniors who find walking difficult to veterans with multiple disabilities. SoloRider has designed a single-rider golf cart that aesthetically matches standard golf carts. People with disabilities or older individuals often avoid taking risks that could lead to further injury or mobility loss. Walt Disney World Golf Courses offer a SoloRider that is perfect for those with mobility issues or other disability that would inhibit them from enjoying a round of golf.

Reservations & Cancellations

Reservations are highly suggested but not mandatory. Accommodations will be made for walk-up golfers as much as possible, with individuals or pairs having the highest likelihood of being accommodated.

Disney encourages you to reserve a tee time online or by calling the Golf Master Starter at (407) WDW-GOLF or (407) 939-4653, even if it’s just a few hours prior to your planned arrival. Single golfers should call (407) WDW-GOLF (939-4653) up to three days before their desired play date to ensure a tee time.

Guests are advised to arrive no less than 30 minutes prior to their tee time for check-in, cart allotment, and warm-up. If you’re delayed due to unexpected events, the staff will make every effort to accommodate you.

Group Reservations

For group events, reach out to the Golf Group Sales & Events Office at (407) 454-5000.

Cancellations

To evade potential fines, please cancel or decrease party sizes at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel or decrease the size of the party within 24 hours may result in charges to the provided credit card. To cancel or modify the size of your party, contact the Golf Master Starter at (407) WDW-GOLF or (407) 939-4653, even within the 24-hour window. Online reservations can also be cancelled online.

Inclement Weather Policy

Rain checks are only given to players who started their round under normal conditions but were unable to finish due to unexpected circumstances such as weather or an emergency. Twilight, Super Twilight, and Players Club members who start play before their access times may receive a rain check due to weather, but not darkness. Upon leaving the course, immediately return to the Golf Shop and present your original receipt to obtain a rain check. The rain check will be issued as a monetary amount based on completed holes and pro-rated against the greens fee paid. Rain checks can be used towards your next round at Disney golf courses, or any merchandise in the Golf Shops, but only at the issuing facility. Rain checks have no expiration date!

Driving Range & Lessons

Sharpen your abilities at Disney’s Lake Buena Vista Golf Course’s driving range and practice putting green.

Lessons

  • Additional private lessons from PGA instructors are available for a separate charge.
  • Each professional lesson lasts for 45 minutes and can be arranged for juniors (Guests aged between 5 to 17 years) and adults (Guests aged 18 years and above).
  • For further details, please dial (407) 454-5096. It is necessary for guests under the age of 18 to have the approval of a parent or guardian to make a call.

Personal Coolers

Disney does not allow personal coolers or any forms of food or beverage containers on our courses. Each golf cart comes with a cooler, and a refreshment cart server will gladly fill it with ice and your chosen beverages from their cart. The golf course comfort stations are also equipped with ice machines and water fountains.

However, in an effort to reduce single-use plastic products and protect the wildlife inhabiting the property, they do not provide plastic or polystyrene cups at the comfort stations. It’s recommended to bring your own reusable drink container.

Club Storage & Clubhouse

Golf Club Storage

At Walt Disney World® Resort Golf Courses, you are provided overnight storage for your golf equipment to ensure they’re prepared for you each day. Feel free to ask the Guest Service staff at the end of your round about this service, and they’ll be more than happy to help arrange the storage of your clubs.

Clubhouse

The Clubhouse at Disney’s Lake Buena Vista provides locker rooms and showers for golfers wishing to refresh themselves. These lockers are available free of charge, and keys can be obtained from the Pro Shop.

Required Golf Attire

In order to maintain excellent putting surfaces, Disney’s Lake Buena Vista Golf Course does not allow metal spikes. Players can opt for shoes with non-metal spike substitutes or simply wear tennis shoes. Please note that appropriate golf clothing is required; denim jeans or shorts are not allowed.

Men May Wear

  • Polo-style shirts with collars
  • Turtlenecks or mock turtleneck shirts
  • Slacks or Bermuda-length shorts

Women May Wear

  • Polo-style shirts with collars
  • Suitable shirts or blouses (with or without collars)
  • Slacks, skirts or Bermuda-length shorts

Pairing Players

To ensure all Guests have a chance to play, staff will aim to group players into groups of four where feasible. This helps keep the pace of play consistent. For golfers who are less experienced and concerned about being paired, we suggest the 9-hole walking Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course. While staff there can cater to any group size, they limit tee times to a maximum of 4 Guests. A party of 5 would be arranged as two groups, one group of three, and one group of two.

Non-Playing Guests

The cart fleet is primarily intended for Guests playing Golf. Spectator Carts may be limited but can be available during less busy times. Spectators are weclome to walk the course alongside their playing guests, provided they maintain the pace of play and stick with their group.

Transportation

Guests staying at select Walt Disney World® resort hotels can avail of free taxi transportation. This service can be requested at the Valet Desk or from Bell Services at certain Resort hotels, and in the Pro Shop or from any golf operations staff members at the golf courses. We recommend that Guests check with Guest Services or the Concierge for any hotel-provided transport options.

Day visitors to the golf courses who prefer to organize their own transport will find complimentary parking at the golf course and no fees when passing through the Auto Plaza en route to the golf courses.

Disney Water Transportation

Enjoy a free cruise to Disney Springs from Disney’s Lake Buena Vista golf course. The watercrafts are stationed behind the Carriage House at Saratoga Sprigns, next to our golf clubhouse area, and offer transport services. The watercrafts operate a circular route between the Treehouse Villas boat dock, the Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa boat dock, and Disney Springs.
