Those Disney lovers who are living abroad have received some excellent news. Due to changes in travel restrictions to the United States, international travelers will be able to visit Disney parks once again in November!
Vaccinations and Testing Required
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the United States had restricted international travel. Although US citizens were able to travel abroad, most other countries were restricted from traveling into the United States. However, new changes to these travel restrictions means that international travelers are now able to enter the United States as long as they are fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and receive a negative Covid test within three days of their travel date. These new changes will begin in November and will allow those from the EU and the UK to travel into the states once again.
A Return to Normalcy
Disney fans exist all over the world, and many have not been able to visit Walt Disney World or Disneyland Resort since March 2020. With the travel restrictions soon being lifted it will be some of the first times that international guests will be able to visit the Disney magic. This could not come at a better time, since the 50th anniversary celebrations will be going on for 18 months after they kick off on October 1st. Disney may see an increase in park attendance come November with international travel opening up again, especially since everyone needs a Disney fix.
