DVC Shop’s Friday For Foodies is an exploration of dining at the Walt Disney World Resort. The first series in this journey through Disney World’s food is called “Eating Around The World Showcase at EPCOT.” As part of this series, DVC Shop will dine at restaurants around the World Showcase in order to explore their food items and overall dining experience. This week’s featured dining location is Nine Dragons Restaurant!

Overview of Nine Dragons Restaurant

Nine Dragons Restaurant in the China Pavilion features cuisine inspired by different Chinese styles: Cantonese, Mongolian, Szechuan, Hunan, and Kiangche. Nine Dragons Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, serving a variety of Chinese favorites as both meals. You can also request a table by the window to enjoy views of the World Showcase Lagoon promenade.

Representing so many different styles of Chinese cuisine, there are plenty of appetizers, entrées, and desserts to try! Here is what we were able to enjoy this trip.

Appetizers

Ha Gao Shrimp Dumplings – $12.00

These steamed dumplings are made with shrimp, pumpkin puree, chili oil, and truffle sauce.

This beloved entrée showcases crispy chicken, sesame, and house-made honey sauce.
