Ticket Discounts

Florida Resident Flex Ticket
For an additional fee of approximately $90, Florida residents can transform their multi-day park ticket into a Flex Ticket. Flex Tickets allow you to use the remaining days on your multi-day ticket within 6 months of your first use. This is a great option for those who enjoy visiting the parks periodically during the year but not on consecutive days.
Resident Verification
In order to qualify for any of the discounts mentioned above you must first verify your Florida State residency. Showing your Florida State ID/Driver’s License at the ticket counter when you purchase your tickets is the easiest way to confirm your residency but there are many other avenues to let Disney know that you’re living in the state.
- Present a valid Florida ID with a Florida address
Be sure that your ID is not expired and has a Florida address listed. Out of state addresses will not be accepted. - Proof of Mortgage
You may instead opt to bring in a recent mortgage statement from within the past 2 months as proof. - Bills, Policies or Registration
Bills are also a valid form of proof of residency. Be sure that bills are no more than 2 months old and display your name and Florida address. Also note that P.O Boxes are not accepted as proof of address.
-
-
- Recent homeowner’s insurance policy or bill
- Recent auto registration, insurance policy or bill
- Recent Utility bill (power / phone / cable / water)
-
- Other Mail
Other types of mail are also acceptable to prove your residency. Again, be sure your name and Florida address are listed on the documents you submit and that they are no more than 2 months old. Here are the forms of acceptable mail you can bring to Disney as proof of Florida residency.
-
- Mail from banks or other financial institutions, including checking, savings or investment account statements
- Mail from federal, state, county or city government agencies
New Online Verification
Florida residents will be thrilled to discover Disney’s new online verification process. Now, instead of the hassle of bringing your residency documentation to the parks, residents have the option to quickly verify online when they purchase tickets. While not all ticket types will be eligible for online verification, this added feature is sure to delight many. Below is a step by step, fool proof guide on how Florida residents can register online.
Step 1: Log-in to the My Disney Experience or disneyworld.disney.go.com
Step 2: Shop for your tickets and add them to your cart
Step 3: Complete the verification process by adding in your Florida Driver’s License number
