Walt Disney World Resort has announced extended operational hours for Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios during the second week of November. From November 5-11, guests will have extra time to explore these beloved parks. Note that there have been no updates regarding EPCOT’s operating hours for this period as of the writing of this article.
Extended Hours at Magic Kingdom
From November 5-11, Magic Kingdom has extended its hours as follows:
- Sunday, November 5: 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. (extended by 1 hour)
- Monday, November 6: 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. (extended by 2 hours)
- Tuesday, November 7: 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. (extended by 2 hours)
- Wednesday, November 8: 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. (extended by 1 hour)
- Thursday, November 9: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (opens 1 hour earlier)
- Friday, November 10: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (opens 1 hour earlier)
- Saturday, November 11: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m. (extended by 3 hours)
Extended Hours at Disney’s Animal Kingdom
Disney’s Animal Kingdom will also be extending its hours from November 5-11:
- Sunday, November 5: 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (opens 1 hour earlier)
- Monday, November 6: 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (opens 1 hour earlier)
- Tuesday, November 7: 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (opens 1 hour earlier)
- Wednesday, November 8: 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (opens 1 hour earlier)
- Thursday, November 9: 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (opens 1 hour earlier)
- Friday, November 10: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (opens 1 hour earlier and extended by 1 hour)
- Saturday, November 11: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (opens 1 hour earlier and extended by 1 hour)
Updated Hours for Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Changes to the operating hours at Disney’s Hollywood Studios have been made for two dates.
- Friday, November 10: 8:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. (opens 30 minutes earlier).
- Saturday, November 11: 8:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (opens 30 minutes earlier).
Early Closures Due To Christmas Parties
- Magic Kingdom will close at 6:00 p.m. on November 9 and 10 due to the sold-out Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.
- Disney’s Hollywood Studios will close at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 11, to accommodate the first offering of Disney Jollywood Nights.
Early Theme Park Access For Resort Hotel Guests
Guests staying at Walt Disney World Resort hotels will have still be able to gain early theme park entry. On November 7, 9, and 10, the early entry time will be shifted from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m for Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom.
