Easiest Disney Resort Restaurants For A Last-Minute Reservation

Kona Cafe

For guests planning their Disney vacation it is extremely important that they make all dining reservations as soon as they are able to. For guests staying at a Disney Resort, this is 60 days in advance of their check-in date. Disney restaurant reservations fill up quickly, so advance reservations are very important if you have a specific restaurant in mind. But what if you’re late to make your reservations? Or if your trip was booked last-minute? There are still some dining opportunities for you to enjoy. If you find yourself in need of a last-minute reservation then here are some resort restaurants that might have availability for you.

Olivia’s Cafe at Old Key West Resort

This low-key and laid-back restaurant is located at Disney’s Old Key West Resort. Olivia’s Cafe is known for their brunch, so brunch reservations might be trickier to come by. But typically this restaurant is wide-open during dinner time. Photos of DVC families line the walls and make this restaurant really feel like a small-town place. Guests can enjoy delicious Florida seafood and southern style cooking like fried chicken, and shrimp and grits.

Boatwright’s Dining Hall at Port Orleans Riverside

Located at Disney’s Port Orleans Riverside Resort, this restaurant is a hidden gem for Disney restaurants. Boatwright’s Dining Hall serves Louisiana favorites like Jambalaya and Seafood Boil. This restaurant is only open for dinner but it’s typically very easy to grab reservations here. Exploring Port Orleans Riverside and French Quarter after your meal is also a great way to spend some time during a rest day from the parks.

Kona Cafe at Disney’s Polynesian Resort

While Kona Cafe is well-known for its breakfast, it serves a wonderful lunch and dinner as well. It can be pretty easy to grab reservations for dinner, or even for breakfast during a weekday or less busy season. Kona Cafe has a huge sushi menu and is full of Hawaiian favorites like Poke bowls and seafood.

Cape May Cafe at Disney’s Beach Club

Another restaurant that tends to have plentiful reservations is Cape May Cafe. Because this restaurant offers a character breakfast with Minnie, Daisy, and friends, it can be harder to grab breakfast reservations. But its seafood buffet for dinner is often overlooked. While no characters will appear during this meal, guests are still treated to a wonderful all-you-care-to-enjoy seafood buffet.

Grand Floridian Cafe at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort

If you are looking for classy but casual dining then Grand Floridian Cafe at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort is a great option. There are typically many reservations available here throughout the day. The Grand Floridian Cafe serves brunch and dinner, with options like a signature burger, Cajun pasta, and salmon.
