Just in the nick of time for Disney’s Riviera Resort to celebrate it’s 3 year anniversary from the date that it welcomed its first guests, Disney declared that 25 additional units were added to the property’s inventory which are immediately available to book for eligible DVC owners using their points.
What Villa Types Were Part Of This Additional Inventory?
The new villas are situated on the ninth floor in the center of the resort, nearby Topolino’s Terrace, and they are made up of 3 studios, 2 one-bedroom villas, 15 two-bedroom lock-off villas, 4 two-bedroom villas, and 1 three-bedroom grand villa. These additions total up to an addition 526,275 points being added to Riviera Resort’s DVC inventory.
66% Of Riviera’s Total Points Are Now A Part Of DVC
This newest addition still leaves about 33% of the resort being undeclared into Disney Vacation Club’s inventory, and under the control of Disney Vacation Development.
