Disney Vacation Club Member Services To Close Thanksgiving Day

Disney Vacation Club DVC Sign in World Showcase

In observance of the Thanksgiving Day holiday in the United States, Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Member Services, Member Administration, and Member Accounting will be temporarily closed thoughtout their regularly scheduled hours on Thursday, November 23rd, 2023. The offices are scheduled to resume their usual operations at 9:00 am Eastern Time on Friday, November 24th.

This will mean DVC members that have urgent business to conduct with member services will want to make sure to call before closing time (9:00 pm Eastern Time)  on November 22nd.

Availability Of Self-Service Functions

Despite the temporary closure of the offices, DVC members can still access a variety of self-service functions on the DVC members-only website. These functions will remain available throughout the closure period. Members can make, modify, or cancel reservations, bank vacation points, pay annual dues, and access a range of membership documents via the site.

Planning Ahead

During the temporary closure of Member Services, members will still have access to online reservations, loan payments, annual dues payments, and other features on the members-only website.

If you are needing to speak with Member services, it would be advisable to plan to call today before 9:00 PM Eastern time on November 22nd to avoid any potential inconveniences.

It’s also worth noting that existing reservations and bookings will not be affected by the closure. Members can still enjoy their Disney vacations as planned.

Services Return On Black Friday

DVC representatives will return to work on Black Friday, ready to assist members with their questions and concerns.

As always, stay tuned to the DVC Shop blog to get all the latest developments from inside the Disney parks and around the Disney Vacation Club resorts!
