Teppan Edo at EPCOT
Located in the Japan pavilion of EPCOT’s World Showcase, Teppan Edo is a restaurant that takes open kitchen to a new level. Guests can have dinner and a show as they watch the chefs at work. ‘Ohana at Disney’s Polynesian Resort
Ohana is a fan-favorite restaurant that resides within Disney’s Polynesian Resort. At ‘Ohana, everyone is treated like family as they enjoy a Hawaiian-inspired meal that is a meat-lover’s paradise. This meal is served family-style, and it is all-you-care-to-enjoy. As you dine, you can glance over at the open prep-area and watch meat and skewers being prepared. Boma at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge
Boma is another great restaurant that features some form of open kitchen for observation. Located at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, Boma is a buffet full of African flavors. Guests can’t get a view of the entire kitchen but they are treated to a view of the prep area where they can watch meat being prepared, bread being cut, and other prep work for the buffet. Guests love Boma for its diverse buffet, with favorites like roasted meats, flavored rice, and assorted bread.

Via Napoli at EPCOT
This restaurant is located within World Showcase’s Italy pavilion and is considered to be a hidden gem by many. Via Napoli at EPCOT is a pizza restaurant serving authentic Italian pies. Guests can watch as the many wood fired ovens throughout the restaurant are put to use. You might even be able to spot your own pizza being cooked! Via Napoli serves pizzas like the Capricciosa Pizza, which comes with tomato sauce, mozzarella parmacotto ham, olives, artichokes, mushrooms, and oregano.
