Earlier this year the CDC instated a “No Sail Order” that expired on Oct 30th, 2020, and since, has issued a conditional sailing order for cruise ships that details the guidelines for cruise ships. These new guidelines will be active until Nov 1st, 2021, but Disney has announced the cancellation of all Disney Cruise departures through December 31st, 2020. Disney is allowing guests with reservations between now and December 31st to receive a cruise credit that can be used towards a future cruise vacation. Guest that have not paid their vacation in full will receive an automatic refund of the partial payments that have been collected.
It is advised to contact Disney Cruise Line or your Travel Agent if you wish to make different arrangements outside of the automatic refunds or credits towards future cruises.
