Disney California Adventure’s Festival of Holidays is returning for another year, bringing festive flavors from around the world to the park! The celebration has become a fan favorite for its seasonal food marketplaces, where guests can sample everything from savory comfort foods to holiday-inspired desserts.
This year’s festival runs from November 13, 2026, through January 6, 2027, and features 38 food and beverage offerings. There are plenty of returning favorites on the menu, along with some exciting new additions. Here’s a look at the food you can find throughout the festival this year!

The Festival of Holidays marketplaces are located along the Performance Corridor and Paradise Gardens Park. Here are the food offerings to look out for:

- NEW! Holiday Brisket KRAFT Deluxe Original Cheddar Mac & Cheese – A comforting combination of KRAFT Deluxe mac and cheese topped with brisket, KRAFT BBQ sauce, and dill pickle crispy onions.
- NEW! French Onion KRAFT Deluxe White Cheddar Mac & Cheese – White cheddar mac and cheese gets a French onion-inspired twist with caramelized onions and a garlic crouton crunch.

- NEW! Turkey Tamale – A holiday take on a classic tamale, served with gravy, roasted mirepoix, and cranberry relish.
- RETURNING! Sweet Potato Pecan Pie – Sweet potato pie gets an extra seasonal touch with pecan streusel, spiced chantilly, and a candied pecan.

- NEW! Cookie Butter & Jelly Cheesecake Tart – Cookie butter cheesecake is topped with strawberry jam and served in a graham cracker tart shell.
- NEW! Reimagined Beef Wellington – A new take on the classic dish, featuring mashed potatoes, beef jus, crispy prosciutto, mushroom duxelles cream sauce, and puff pastry.

Over in Paradise Gardens Park, guests can also find a couple of festive bites at the Merry Mashups marketplace:
- NEW! Red Velvet Cake Flan – A combination of two desserts, topped with whipped topping and holiday sprinkles.
- RETURNING! Chilaquiles Carnitas Torta – This savory option features red chilaquiles, refried beans, avocado spread, queso fresco, and pickled red onions.
With so many new dishes and returning favorites, there is plenty to add to your holiday foodie list this year! Guests can also look into the Sip and Savor Pass, which includes six digital coupons that can be redeemed for select food and non-alcoholic beverage offerings throughout the festival.
