One of our favorite amenities at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, the Boulder Ridge Cove Pool, is set for a brief refurbishment this coming September. This well-loved pool will be temporarily closed from September 11th through September 16th.
Boulder Ridge Cove Pool Refurbishment Dates
The Boulder Ridge Cove Pool has been a favorite spot for guests to unwind after a day of exploring the parks. Nestled amidst the rustic beauty of the Wilderness Lodge, the pool offers a tranquil retreat with its zero-entry pool and surrounding nature-inspired settings.
This short-term closure will allow for routine maintenance to ensure the pool continues to offer an optimal experience for guests. Notably, the refurbishment work will only take place during daytime hours. This is designed to minimize any potential disruption to guests staying at the resort.
Copper Creek Springs Pool To Remain Open
While the Boulder Ridge Cove Pool is being refurbished, guests will not be left without aquatic recreation options. The Copper Creek Springs Pool, another fantastic pool at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, will remain open and available.
The Copper Creek Springs Pool is a wonderful alternative for those staying at the Boulder Ridge Villas during this time. It offers a free-form pool surrounded by pine trees and boulders, along with a 67-foot waterslide that winds around a gigantic rock. There’s also a whirlpool spa for guests seeking relaxation, and a splash area for little ones.
