Disney’s BoardWalk has recently undergone some refurbishments, which have necessitated the relocation of its popular pizza shop, BoardWalk Pizza, and the temporary closure of one of its Italian restaurants, Trattoria al Forno. The BoardWalk Pizza window has been temporarily relocated, just steps away from its normal place, to a spot in front of AbracadaBar, and Trattoria al Forno will be closed until June 17th while refurbishments are taking place.
A Great Backdrop For Your Disney Vacation
The move was made in order to accommodate the recent refurbishments that have been taking place around the BoardWalk. Despite the changes, guests can still enjoy all that the BoardWalk has to offer, including its many amenities and activities. Guests of the Boardwalk Villas can still relax at the resort’s pools, rent surrey bikes, or take in a movie under the stars.
The resort is also home to several restaurants and bars, including the popular AbracadaBar, Flying Fish, and Big River Grille & Brewing Works. BoardWalk Villas is a unique resort that offers a mix of nostalgia and modern comfort, featuring a “seaside” boardwalk complete with New Jersey carnival vibe and excellent nightlife. The resort is located within walking distance of EPCOT and a short boat ride or walk away from Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Overall, the changes at the BoardWalk Villas reflect Disney’s ongoing efforts to improve and enhance the guest experience, even during times of construction and maintenance. Guests can look forward to enjoying their favorite Italian dishes at Trattoria al Forno and BoardWalk Pizza in their new locations until June 17th when these refurbishments are set to be done.
