Each park has their own areas that are suitable for relaxation and taking it slow. If you have an upcoming Disney vacation then check out these best places to chill at each park. Here are the best places to sit and relax at EPCOT!
House of the Whispering Willows Gallery at the China Pavilion
The China pavilion is home to a lesser-known gallery that is a great place to sit and relax. Inside House of the Whispering Willows Gallery, guests will find the current exhibit to be all about Shanghai Disney. Guests can browse at their pace different galleries that showcase Shanghai Disney’s attractions and resorts. Inside this gallery the lights are dim, the air-conditioning is plentiful, and there are some benches for guests to sit and rest their feet. This is a great place to stop at while you trek around World Showcase, and the perfect stop after the Reflections of China film.

Stave Church Gallery at the Norway Pavilion
Another little hidden gem within World Showcase that is a great spot to sit and relax is the Stave Church Gallery at the Norway pavilion. This small building looks unassuming, but once you enter you are treated to a gallery showcasing Norwegian tales, folklore, and gods. This gallery is educational and is a great exhibit to explore. It’s small, but it doesn’t typically get busy until later in the afternoon.

Hedge Maze at the United Kingdom Pavilion
If you are looking for a place to relax outdoors then the United Kingdom pavilion has a great little space for you to enjoy. Near the rear of the pavilion past the gardens you’ll find a cute hedge maze that surrounds a gazebo. This is a great place for parents to sit and relax while their kids explore the maze and burn off some extra energy. If you arrive during the afternoon or evening you might catch a performance by Command Performance, a British rock cover band.

The American Heritage Gallery at the American Adventure Pavilion
Once you reach the American Adventure pavilion you might be ready for a break. Luckily, inside the pavilion is where you’ll find The American Heritage Gallery. While you wait for the American Adventure animatronic stage show you can explore this gallery inside the large atrium building. Galleries dedicated to Native Americans around the continent can be explored as well as rotating art galleries.
