Annual Passholder Merchandise Event Dates

Scheduled to take place from September 20th through to September 23rd, 2023, this four-day shopping extravaganza is sure to delight all the Disney fans in Central Florida. This event promises exciting activities, exclusive merchandise, and the ability to capture the memories with exclusive Photo-ops. Plan your visit now to make the most of this special occasion.

Event Location

The event is set to unfold at the AdventHealth Arena, located within the ESPN Wide World of Sports complex. This popular venue is known for hosting a wide range of sports and entertainment events, offering an excellent backdrop for this special event. Nestled within the larger ESPN Wide World of Sports complex, guests can also explore other attractions and amenities in the vicinity.

Event Times

The exclusive Annual Passholder Merchandise Event at Walt Disney World Resort is scheduled to run daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. This means attendees have nine hours each day to explore, shop, and take advantage of the unique opportunities on offer.

Whether you’re an early riser eager to get the first pick of new merchandise or prefer to peruse the selections in the afternoon, there’s ample time to enjoy all that this special event has to offer.

Virtual Queue System

Managing the flow of attendees, the event will utilize a virtual queue system that can be accessed from the My Disney Experience app. Passholders can join the queue starting at 8:00am daily, and the passholder will not be required to be in Walt Disney World when joining the queue. Once their group is called, passholders will have a two-hour window to arrive at the Wide World of Sports complex.

Please note that this event is exclusive to current Annual passholders only. To gain entry, passholders will need to present their passholder card, MagicBand, or MagicMobile pass along with a photo ID. Unfortunately, guests of passholders will not be permitted to attend this event.
