Latest Updates & Dates To Remember

Jambo House Not Reopening In July

Animal Kingdom’s Jambo House was previously set to open on July 10th, but reports of reservations at Jambo House  being reassigned to Kidani Village have been coming in. With such a large resort, Disney may be anticipating a smaller occupancy rate that would justify opening Jambo House.

2021 Disney Park Ticket Sales

Park ticket sales for the year of 2021 will be going on sale June 28th, 2020.

Important Dates and Times

Beginning June 28th, existing magic your way and other ticket holders without a qualifying hotel reservation can start making park reservations using Disney’s online reservation tool.

Updates To Know

No Update For 2020 Tickets

There has been no word on when park tickets for 2020 will return for purchase. DVC Shop will keep you up-to-date once ticket sales for 2020 have been announced. You can subscribe to our newsletter to stay in touch with us by email.

No Update On Advance Dining Reservations

There has been no new developments on when advance dining reservations will be available, but DVC Shop will keep you updated as soon as Disney announces any changes. Feel free to subscribe to our newsletter to stay in touch with us by email.

Resort Hopping Now Permitted

Resort hopping will now be permitted without the need for a dining reservation.

Bus Capacity Capped at 28

There are advanced physical distancing measures being taken for busses. All passengers are required to sit to avoid touching rails or hand-holds, seats are grouped in parties of 2, 4, and 6, with distance between each group, and the maximum number of passengers will be limited to 28.

Park Pass Recap

Improved Online Experience

Disney has done an excellent job at fixing many of the bugs users were seeing early on. No loading issues were observed for Annual Passholders when tested on our computers, and process became much more seamless as the week progressed.

Disney Park Availability Calendar For July

While annual passholders don’t have much availability left in July, Disney resort guests have much more availability. This disparity between the two calendars suggests there are separate pools of tickets reserved for each group of guests.

Disney Park Availability Calendar For August

For August, some of the dates have been picked over by Annual Passholders, but there is still quite a lot of availability. As you can see for Disney resort guests, every day is available for all parks. At this point, if you want to make it to Disney this year, there is still hope!

Annual Passholders can book as many as 14 days with a qualifying reservation. Without a qualifying reservation it is capped at 3 days, but some users are experiencing glitches that allow them to book 3 days on top of their corresponding hotel days, while other users were not able to book at all.
