Back on May 15th, 2025, Disney officially declared 27 additional vacation homes for the DVC timeshare system. These homes are now part of the homeowner’s association for the resort, which further expands the opportunities for members to book reservations. New Inventory Details
The 27 homes recently declared for DVC usage are located on the second and third floors of the resort, specifically on the east side farthest from Disney’s Skyliner. This section includes a mix of room types, adding variety to the Riviera lineup. The breakdown of these homes is as follows:
- Three Dedicated Studios
- Two Dedicated One-Bedroom Villas
- 18 Lockoff Two-Bedroom Villas
- Four Dedicated Two-Bedroom Villas
These additions bring the total number of declared vacation homes to 321, leaving only 20 units still under Disney’s control.
Points Allocation and Availability
This declaration contributes 545,197 points to the Riviera’s total DVC inventory. Now, approximately 94.4% of the resort’s vacation homes are available for booking with points. The remaining undeclared inventory remains under the management of Disney Vacation Development. These units can be utilized for cash reservations, sales tours, or other purposes.
