Must-Do Lunch Spots At EPCOT

With all the amazing dining opportunities within the Disney parks you will never feel like you have to leave property for any meal. Having lunch in the parks is a great way to get some extra magic in  your day with some excellent theming, delicious menus, and quick and convenient options that your entire family will enjoy. EPCOT is a park that is full of world culture, connection, and discovery. Guests enjoying EPCOT can also enjoy some incredible dining opportunities whether they be table-service or quick-service options. If you have an upcoming visit to EPCOT then be sure to check out these must-do lunch spots!

Garden Grill

If you’re looking for a sit-down meal to enjoy lunch at then look no further than Garden Grill. Located within The Land pavilion, Garden Grill is a unique restaurant with great food. This character dining experience includes interactions with Farmer Mickey, Pluto, and Chip and Dale. Not only do these characters visit you while you dine, but the restaurant itself also slowly rotates giving guests glimpses into the nearby Living With the Land attraction. The lunch menu at Garden Grill is served family-style and includes cornbread with honey butter, roasted turkey, garden salad, grilled steak, mashed potatoes, mac n cheese, and more.

Katsura Grill

Located in the Japan pavilion within World Showcase, Katsura Grill is a quick-service option that provides a peaceful and serene dining experience. Located in a beautiful Japanese garden, Katsura Grill offers various sushi rolls as well as shrimp and beef udon, teriyaki, and Miso chicken wings. Guests can also enjoy Japanese cocktails, sake, and beer.

Regal Eagle Smokehouse

If you’re in the mood for some American fare then be sure to check out Regal Eagle Smokehouse in the American Adventure pavilion. This quick-service restaurant is for meat-lovers and barbecue fans. Serving delicious entrees like Memphis Dry-Rubbed Pork Ribs, Kansas City-smoked Half Chicken, Sliced Texas Beef Brisket Sandwich, North Carolina Chopped Smoked Pork Butt Platter, and so much more. Regal Eagle Smokehouse is also famous for their sides like Baked Beans with Burnt Ends and BBQ Fries consisting of seasoned French Fries topped with Coleslaw, Sweet BBQ Sauce, and Ketchup Aïoli.

Connections Eatery

Connections Eatery is located in World Celebration and is EPCOT’s newest quick-service dining option. This restaurant serves dishes inspired by other countries and cultures and has a little something for everyone to enjoy. Connections Eatery serves dishes like the French Bistro Burger, Margherita Pizza, Niçoise-style Salad with Seared Tuna, and Black Garlic, Truffle, and Parmesan Fries. Guests will really have fun exploring this menu and also seeing what current seasonal offerings are going on.

Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria

You’ve never had pizza quite like this before! Located in the Italy pavilion of World Showcase, Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria serves authentic Italian pizza. This table-service restaurant is perfect for those who need a break from their day and also want to enjoy authentic Italian food. The pizza here is a fan favorite of many guests, and something you need to try during your visit.
