The Tip Top Club
Have you heard about the famous Tip Top Club and secretly longed to experience it? Well, guess what?! Now you can! The Twilight Soirée at The Tip-Top Club is bringing the mythical Tip-Top club tale to life in the courtyard of The Hollywood Tower Hotel solely for guests at Disney Jollywood Nights. If you want to hit the dance floor and dance to some jazzy Christmas tunes, this is the place for you. As someone who loves dancing and the Walt Disney World Resort, I can’t think of a better thing to do than combine the two things for one epically joyful experience. And, at the exit of the Tower of Terror attraction, you will find a walk-up cocktail bar. If you want delicious drinks and lovely music, this is your spot.
The Tip Top Club served a variety of drinks, each one unique in its own way. My favorite drink was the Sparkling Pomegranate-Apple Cider. At $5.25 a glass, I would order it again. It had Pomegranate-green tea topped with sparkling apple cider and pomegranate seeds. The other drink that came close second was the Sparkling Apple Cider. This drink was $4.50, and it is also one that I would order again.
If you want an alcoholic beverage, I recommend the 5th Dimension Royale or the Twilight Daiquiri. The Twilight Daiquiri is $9.50. It has Parrot Bay Coconut Rum, ube, lime juice, and a splash of shimmer. The 5th Dimension Royale has Teremana Blanco Tequila, Cointreau Liqueur, desert pear, agave nectar, and lime juice topped with Domaine Ste. Michelle Brut. A garnish of a dehydrated blood orange wheel finishes it. Both drinks are delicious and are highly recommended.
What is Jollywood Nights and why should I attend?
Jollywood Nights is a new holiday affair at Disney’s Hollywood Studios Theme Park. The event is on select nights from November 11 to December 20, 2023. Tickets start at $159.00 per person. Later in December, the ticket price increased to $169.00 per person. There is no denying that this event has received mixed reviews. However, I had a wonderful time and am looking forward to the next event with great anticipation.
One of the best parts of this event was the reality that almost every guest was dressed to the nines. Most event attendees wore suit jackets, bow ties, dresses, and glitzy Minnie Mouse ear headbands. When you are coming to a theme park, you often expect to see guests in shorts, athletic shirts, and tennis shoes. So, the surprise of the glitzy attire was a welcome gift. I always loved dressing up and wearing fancy clothing, so I got to do so at The Walt Disney World Resort, which was an added blessing. What are you waiting for? Do not delay! Get yourself a ticket to this lovely event before it’s too late. I promise you won’t regret it.
