The holidays are all about giving, and that’s why this year, DVC Shop is partnering with Give Kids The World Village! In the spirit of giving, we are matching donations, as well as doing a giveaway for two tickets to the Give Kids The World Village holiday event: Night of A Million Lights.
Give Kids The World Village
“What is Give Kids The World Village?” you may ask! It’s an 89-acre all-inclusive resort in Central Florida that provides a cost-free vacation for critically ill children. Through many organizations, like Make A Wish, Give Kids The World provides families on approved trips to Central Florida with tickets to theme parks, including Walt Disney World. During a stay at The GKTW Village, transportation, food, beverage, and much more are covered! Mickey and his friends even make special visits to the property to meet the children who have traveled from all over the world!
How DVC Shop Is Giving Back
All donations made through 12/23/22 will receive a matching credit of up to $25 towards a DVC Shop Rental or up to $250 Closing Cost Credit towards a new DVC Shop Resale purchase.
Plus, through 12/15 every donation will be entered into our Night of a Million Lights ticket giveaway! The winner will receive two tickets to this Give Kids the World holiday event. The winner may select from available dates: 12/17/22-1/1/23. In 2020, USA Today said that Night of A Million Lights is the “Number One Thing To Do In December In Orlando”. This shows that it’s an event you don’t want to miss!
What Is Night Of A Million Lights?
This year Night of A Million Lights is being held at the Island H20 Water Park in Kissimmee! GKTW is hosting this fundraiser to help make children’s wishes of visiting Central Florida a reality! At the event, you will see over millions of lights synchronized to your favorite Christmas songs and Christmas tree trails that are sure to spark joy. Night of A Million Lights is a great family activity for people of all ages to get in the festive spirit! Additionally, at the event, you will find live singing and even dueling pianists.
