DVC Resorts are so much more than just places to stay during your Disney vacation. Each DVC resort is home to its own entertainment, dining, and shopping experiences. While Disney has made a name for itself as a great place for children, there are plenty of ways to have fun as an adult as well. Disney World is home to several bars and lounges, whether you are in the parks or at resorts. DVC resorts are deluxe resorts that feature some very unique places to drink and eat! 1. Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto at Disney’s Polynesian Resort
If you are looking for a unique place to drink during your Disney vacation then look no further than Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto at Disney’s Polynesian Resort. This exciting lounge uses lighting and other special visual effects to bring guests an experience that is truly Disney. Certain bar features will activate when guests order certain drinks and specials. Trader Sam’s serves some appetizers like sushi rolls and dumplings, alongside their specialty cocktails like the Polynesian Pearl which comes in a souvenir cup.
2. Enchanted Rose Lounge at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa
Beauty and the Beast fans must experience the Enchanted Rose Lounge at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. This lounge incorporates references to the beloved classic Disney film with its menu and enviroment. Guests can enjoy a variety of drinks inspired by the film like the Floral Bitter Beauty, consisting of Hendrick’s Gin, St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, Campari, Aperol, Lemon, and Soda.
3. AbracadaBar at Disney’s Boardwalk
If you are looking for something sophisticated yet lively, then check out AbracadaBar at Disney’s Boardwalk resort. Themed after a Magician’s hideout, this lounge takes guests to another time in which Magicians were the stars of the show. Themed cocktails like the Hoodunit’s Punch containing Captain Morgan’s Spiced Rum, Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice, Coconut will be sure to put you in a trance. AbracadaBar also serves appetizers like a charcuterie plate and pork belly sliders.
4. Le Petit Cafe at Disney’s Riviera Resort
Another unique lounge within a DVC resort is Le Petit Cafe. This lounge is unique because it not only serves late-night alcoholic drinks like Rosemary-Blood Orange Old Fashioned, but it is also a full-service coffee shop by day. Specialty coffee drinks like the Almond Cold Brew can be enjoyed in the morning alongside an assortment of pastries.
5. California Grill Lounge at Disney’s Contemporary Resort
Located on the 15th floor of Disney’s Contemporary Resort, California Grill Lounge is located near the restaurant and gives guests the same stunning view as they would if they were dining in. This lounge gives guests access to the full bar of the California Grill as well as various small bites and appetizers. Guests of the California Grill lounge are seated as space allows, and sometimes this space is limited to guests holding a reservation to the California Grill Restaurant.
