The Disney Vacation Club offices have announced changes to their operational hours and Annual Pass blackout dates during the Christmas and New Year’s holidays. Members should take note of these adjustments.
DVC Member Services, Member Accounting and Administration Closures
DVC Member Services will be unavailable after 3:00 PM on Sunday, December 24, 2023, and all day on December 25. Services will resume from 9:00 AM Eastern on Tuesday, December 26.
DVC Member Services will also close after 3:00 PM Eastern on Sunday, December 31 and remain closed on January 1, 2024. Regular operations will recommence from 9:00 AM on Tuesday, January 2.
The DVC member website will continue to be accessible for tasks such as vacation booking, annual dues payments, and other administrative duties, barring any planned maintenance periods.
Member Accounting and Member Administration Schedule
The Member Accounting and Administration departments will be closed all day on December 24th and 25th, and again all day on December 31st and January 1st.
DVC Owners’ Benefits
Although the Disney Vacation Club doesn’t provide a detailed list of blackout dates, it’s typical for member benefits and discounts to be suspended on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. To avoid any confusion, members are advised to check with a Cast Member to confirm if dining and merchandise discounts apply.
DVC Sorcerer Pass Restrictions
Those holding the Sorcerer Pass will be unable to enter the Walt Disney World theme parks from December 20, 2023, through January 3, 2024. There may be additional restrictions as well.
Sorcerer Blockout Dates
This pass has minimal blockout dates, typically only during the busiest week of Christmas and New Year. It’s a great choice for those who want more flexibility in their visit schedule, but may not be visiting Disney World during the holidays.
- November 22nd – November 25th
- December 20th – December 31st
- January 1st – January 3rd
These changes to the Disney Vacation Club’s schedule during the 2023 holiday season are important for members to note in order to plan their account management accordingly. While some services will be unavailable on specific dates, the DVC member website will still be available for most needs.
