Disney Vacation Club (DVC) has announced that its members can now register to participate in the 2023 Condo Association Meeting. The event, scheduled for December 7, 2023, will be held at Disney’s Contemporary Resort in Florida.
Event & RSVP Details
Members who wish to attend must RSVP through the DVC members-only website. To access the registration link, they need to click on “My DVC”, then “Condo Association News”, and search for the information regarding the 2023 Annual Meetings. The RSVP process requires members to provide details such as their ID number, personal information, party size, and more. The last date to RSVP is November 17, 2023.
Open Invitation To All DVC Owners
All DVC owners, irrespective of their home resort, size or method of purchase, are welcome to attend this annual meeting. The proceedings will largely be scripted, but there will be a brief Q&A session for members to engage with the board. Post-meeting, there will be a reception where members can interact with the executives on a one-to-one basis.
The Annual Condo Association Meeting
The annual meeting is expected to be led by DVC leaders and is set to take place at the convention center of the Contemporary Resort. The DVC Board of Directors will also be in attendance, addressing various club housekeeping matters. Key among these will be the adoption of the Annual Dues for the forthcoming 2024 calendar year.
Meeting Highlights
Attendees can anticipate light refreshments and the opportunity to take photos with Disney characters during the reception. The meeting is slated to start at 2:00pm and is expected to last approximately an hour.
Remote Participation Option
Owners of Disney’s Grand Californian Resort & Spa and The Villas at Disneyland Hotel have the option to join the meeting via a remote teleconference from Disneyland Hotel. However, it’s important to note that there will be no public live stream available for this event.
