A virtual queue has been added for the attraction, which will be required for Annual Passholders wishing to attend the exclusive previews on November 5 and 6, 2025.

Annual Passholder Preview Details
Walt Disney World is offering a special preview of “Zootopia: Better Zoogether” exclusively for Annual Passholders on November 5 and 6, ahead of its official public opening on November 7. To manage attendance for these preview dates, a virtual queue system will be implemented. It is important to note that at this time, there is no information to suggest that a virtual queue will be used once the show opens to the general public.
This system requires Passholders to secure a boarding group through the My Disney Experience app to gain entry to the Tree of Life Theater for the preview.
How to Join the Virtual Queue
Passholders will have two opportunities each day to join the virtual queue for the preview event. The process is similar to virtual queues used for other popular attractions at Walt Disney World.
7:00 AM Virtual Queue
- Who can join: This queue is open to Annual Passholders who have a theme park reservation for Disney’s Animal Kingdom on that specific preview date.
- Location requirement: You do not need to be inside the park to join this queue. You can attempt to secure a spot from your hotel room or any other location.
1:00 PM Virtual Queue
- Who can join: This second opportunity is available to any Passholder with valid park admission for that day.
- Location requirement: Unlike the morning queue, Passholders must have entered Disney’s Animal Kingdom to be eligible to join the 1:00 PM queue.
Important Rules and Considerations
- Each Passholder can only join the virtual queue once per day.
- A theme park reservation for Animal Kingdom is required to join the 7:00 AM queue. For the 1:00 PM queue, Passholders who made a reservation for a different park must enter that park first before attempting to join. Alternatively, Passholders can enter Animal Kingdom after 2:00 PM without a reservation and try for the 1:00 PM queue if it’s still available.
- Securing a spot in the virtual queue does not guarantee the ability to see the show. Boarding groups are limited and subject to availability.

Ensure your My Disney Experience app is updated and that your Passholder status is correctly linked to your account.
