Cape May Cafe at Disney’s Beach Club Resort
You are probably familiar with popular character dining experiences, but have you heard of Cape May Cafe? Located at Disney’s Beach Club Resort, this restaurant is inspired by the New England coast. Minnie, Daisy, and other friends appear during breakfast in their beachy best. Guests can enjoy personal interactions with characters while they indulge in an all-you-care-to-enjoy breakfast buffet. Delicious favorites like Salted Caramel Beach Buns, omelet and carving stations, Mickey waffles, and more are served for breakfast. For dinner, Cape May Cafe becomes a seafood-lover’s paradise with incredible offerings like seafood pasta salad, New England Clam Chowder, New England Traditional Steam Boil, and Paella. This restaurant is beautiful and designed to feel like an enchanted forest as Snow White and some of the 7 Dwarfs visit you at your table. You might even see the Evil Queen herself! This enchanting dining experience is a 3-course meal with options for appetizers like Hunter’s Pie and Wild Mushroom Bisque. Guests can select from entrees like “Cottage” Beef Stroganoff, Brother’s Grimm Herb Chicken, and Magic Mirror’s Slow-braised Pork Shank. For dessert, guests can even indulge in a “Poison” Apple.
Kona Cafe at Disney’s Polynesian Resort
Many guests are familiar with the popular Ohana Restaurant at Disney’s Polynesian Resort, but did you know that another incredible restaurant is located just around the corner? Kona Cafe is a relaxed and casual sit-down dining experience that takes all of the great flavors of the South Seas and infuses them into some American-style foods. For breakfast, guests can try the famous Tonga Toast- a banana-stuffed sourdough French Toast rolled in cinnamon sugar and served with strawberry compote.
