Service Animal Policies
These service animals must be under the control of their owner at all times, ideally kept on a leash or in a harness. It’s important to note that Cast Members are not responsible for taking control of service animals. There are also restrictions on where these service animals can go – they are not allowed in the water, including water features and fountains, or any closer than 4 feet to the water on wet decks.
General Service Animal Relief Policy
However, service animals are welcome to use any open outdoor area for relief, provided that the owner picks up after the animal and leaves the area clean. These relief areas can be found throughout the theme parks, Resort hotels, and other Guest areas.
