Overview

Nestled inside of Pandora – The World of Avatar, the Satu’li Canteen treats guests to some of the best and most fresh tasting food in all of the Walt Disney parks. The food here is American inspired and contains fresh ingredients. Guests are able to create their own bowls with the choice of a base such as rice and beans, green salad base, or sweet potato hash and top them with choices of meat or plant based options. 

All food is cooked immediately after they’ve been ordered and comes out hot and ready to eat, exactly as guests want it. Since the food in Satu’li Canteen is so customizable and contains single ingredient items, it makes this location perfect for those with allergies or dietary preferences. This is also a great option for guests who are looking to make healthier food choices inside of the parks.

The pricing for the Satu’li Canteen is extremely reasonable, especially given the amount of food that guests get, along with the level of quality. All food items are less than $15.

Not only is the food delicious, the experience in this dining location is remarkable. The entire world of Pandora that Disney has created in Animal Kingdom is immersive and tells a tale, this restaurant is no different. The story here is that Satu’li Canteen is an abandoned RDA mess hall located on Pandora. Inside of the building the specialized flora that inhabits Pandora has begun to take over the area since the humans have left the planet. All throughout the building is Na’vi art and sculptures to bring the culture of the Na’vi to life. The illusion that Disney wanted to create, that guests are in an Avatar restaurant, has been fully achieved.
