As early as today, October 24, 2019, prices at select DVC resorts may increase anywhere from 3-10% from their current direct prices. This price change would mark the third price increase for direct DVC prices in 2019. Nearly all resort prices were increased in January while Copper Creek’s pricing was raised an additional $12 per point in June 2019.
The rumored increase does not seem to be affecting Disney’s two newest resorts, Riviera and Aulani, that are actively being sold from the DVC sales centers. An increase in direct DVC pricing may indicate a tremendous and increasing demand for select “sold out” DVC resorts. The Grand Floridian resort seems to be experiencing the largest price increase with its price being raised $20 per point!
