Although the Member Services team won’t be available on these days, the DVCMember.com website remains accessible to handle room reservations, point banking, annual dues payments, and other administrative tasks.
Changes to Member Perks
Many members enjoy exclusive perks and discounts as part of their Disney Vacation Club membership. However, it’s worth noting that some of these benefits may face limitations during the holiday period.
On Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, dining and merchandise discounts might not apply to certain experiences. While there is no official list of suspended perks for these dates, members are encouraged to confirm discounts with Cast Members before assuming they are available. Also, access to popular DVC locations, like the Top of the World Lounge, may be subject to restrictions on holidays.
For example, during peak times such as Christmas and New Year’s Eve, access to the Top of the World Lounge at Bay Lake Tower might be limited to guests staying at the resort. When restrictions are in place, signs are usually displayed in the resort lobby to alert members and guests.
Walt Disney World Sorcerer Pass Blockout Dates
Blockout dates for the Walt Disney World Sorcerer Pass will also apply during the holiday season. Sorcerer Passholders will not have admission to Walt Disney World theme parks from December 19th, 2024, through January 2nd, 2025. Members with other ticket options or other annual passes should check their specific blockout dates to ensure access during this period.
