Disney has announced some changes to Disney Vacation Club Member’s additional housekeeping options, and has recently revealed that the optional additional housekeeping service will no longer be available for Disney Vacation Club Members.
The housekeeping services that were previously offered were run on an opt-in system, where members would have the option to pay for a “Trash & Towel” service or full room cleaning for an added fee. The pricing for each service was dependent on whether guests were staying in a Deluxe Suite, Three Bedroom Villa, or anywhere in between. The previous prices for the services that are being phased out are listed below:
- Trash & Towel Service – $15 to $35 depending on the room size
- Full Room Cleaning – $30 to $75 depending on the room size
Guests who have booked a stay of 8 or more nights will still receive the full cleaning service on Day 4 at no additional charge.
