One Day at ECPOT: Full Itinerary

Disney World is a vacation destination that keeps families quite busy! With 4 parks, 2 waterparks, and Disney Springs, most guests find that they need several days to fully enjoy their vacation and all Disney has to offer. Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom are the 4 theme parks that make up Disney World. Each of these parks deserves their own day dedicated to enjoying them and their attractions. EPCOT is an intricate park with so much to see and do. If you have an upcoming trip planned and want to make the most of your day at EPCOT then check out this full itinerary for a day.

Breakfast and Coffee Options

Start your day off energized and ready to go by enjoying some of EPCOT’s food and coffee offerings. Guests can stop at Connections Cafe, which is a full-service Starbucks serving your favorite specialty drinks and pastries. There are Joffrey’s Coffee stands scattered throughout the parks as well. One of our favorite things to enjoy at EPCOT is the Frozen Viking Coffee at Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe in Norway. This frozen coffee contains Baileys Irish Cream and Kamora Coffee Liqueur. Here you can also find School Bread, a pastry filled with custard and rolled in toasted coconut!

Explore World Celebration

The World Celebration area of the park is in the front near the entrance, and it’s the perfect place to begin! Here you can find Spaceship Earth which is EPCOT’s crown jewel attraction. You’ll also find Journey Into Your Imagination with Figment, which is a fan-favorite attraction starring EPCOT’s mascot: Figment.

You’ll also find Mission: Space, which is a thrilling attraction with two modes of intensity. Test Track is also in this area, and will be reopening soon after a reimagining!

Guests can interact with water in new and exciting ways. You’ll also be able to experience The Seas with Nemo and Friends, the Sea Base aquarium, and Turtle Talk with Crush. The Land pavilion is also located in this area, home to Living with the Land and Soarin’.

Explore World Showcase

EPCOT’s World Showcase features 11 different country pavilions, each with their own attractions, dining, and shopping. This area of the park should have several hours dedicated to exploring it. Many guests also enjoy eating and drinking their way around the world.

Lunch Options

A quick-service lunch is a great way to refuel without spending too much time away from attractions and exploring. Our favorite options for lunch are Katsura Grill, Connections Eatery, and Sunshine Seasons.

Dinner Options

For dinner, a sit-down meal is the perfect way to relax after a long day. Our favorite sit-down restaurants at EPCOT include Coral Reef Restaurant, Teppan Edo, and Space 220.
