Magic Kingdom has recently unveiled an enhancement to one of its upcoming attractions, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. This enhancement, a nighttime glow of lights added to the bayou of the previous Splash Mountain attraction, introduces a dynamic and visually stunning element.
Introduction of the Nighttime Bayou Glow
The nighttime glow Bayou represents a significant addition to Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. With the onset of evening, the bayou setting undergoes a transformation, bathed in a spectrum of colorful lights that enhance its natural and thematic elements.
Visitors to the attraction during evening hours will find themselves enveloped in a luminous environment, where every aspect of the bayou, from its flora to its waterways, is accentuated by the glow.

The introduction of the Nighttime Bayou Glow to Tiana’s Bayou Adventure at Disney’s Magic Kingdom marks an advancement in the construction of this upcoming attraction. It show how Disney is able to use lighting to enhance atmospheric storytelling, and elevate the guest experience.
With press previews already confirmed for June, the attraction seems to be taking shape for its eventual summer launch. We can’t wait to see what Disney has been working on for the new attraction once it opens for Annual Passholder and DVC previews!
