Disney has rolled out updates to its My Disney Experience app, introducing changes aimed at improving functionality and streamlining the user experience. These updates include a revamped “My Plans” section and a newly separated “Wait Times & Showtimes” page, making it easier for guests to navigate their Disney World plans.
My Plans: A Centralized Hub for Your Day

The “My Day” and “Future Plans” sections have been combined into a single, streamlined “My Plans” page. This new layout allows users to view all their reservations and activities for a specific date in one place. By selecting a date at the top of the screen, guests can access details such as resort bookings, dining reservations, Lightning Lane purchases, and park reservations.

Additionally, the “Add Plans” feature enables users to book Lightning Lanes, make dining reservations, place mobile food orders, and check wait times or showtimes. This consolidation provides a more efficient way to manage your Disney World itinerary.
Wait Times & Showtimes: A Dedicated Page

The “Tip Board” feature has been renamed “Wait Times & Showtimes” and moved to its own dedicated page, separate from “My Plans.” Previously, users toggled between “Tip Board” and “My Day” to view wait times and show schedules. Now, these details are accessible directly from the main menu, offering a more focused and user-friendly experience.
What This Means for Guests
These updates aim to simplify the planning process for Disney World visitors, making it easier to manage reservations and access real-time information. By centralizing key features and creating dedicated pages for specific functions, the app provides a more intuitive and efficient tool for navigating the parks.
Whether you’re planning your day or checking wait times, these changes are designed to make your visit to Disney World as seamless as possible.
