1st Cleaning

For Disney Vacation Club Members using their membership to stay, housekeeping services will be provided on the 4th and 8th days of their stay. However, they have the option to decline this service if they wish.

For members staying at a resort using Member Points or Member Cash Discounts, a trash & towel service is provided on the fourth day of your visit. For those staying more than 8 nights, a full cleaning service is provided on the fourth day, with an additional trash & towel service on the eighth day.

Opting Out Of Housekeeping Services

Disney Vacation Club Resorts also offer the flexibility to decline housekeeping services. This can be done in several ways, such as during the online check-in process, by speaking with a Cast Member in person, or by placing the “Room Occupied” sign on your door.

If you need extra housekeeping amenities or have specific requests, the front desk is always ready to assist. Alternatively, you can contact the housekeeping department through your in-room phone.

Important Information to Consider

If your reservation includes more than one room and you choose to decline service, this selection will apply to all rooms in the reservation. Also, it’s important to note that Disney Resort hotels reserve the right to enter any room for maintenance, safety, security, or other purposes, even if the “Room Occupied” sign is displayed on the door.
