DVC Shop’s Friday For Foodies is an exploration of dining at the Walt Disney World Resort. The first series in this journey through Disney World’s food is called “Eating Around The World Showcase at EPCOT”. As part of this series, DVC Shop will dine at restaurants around the World Showcase in order to explore their food items and overall dining experience. This week’s featured dining location is Teppan Edo!
Overview of Teppan Edo
Teppan Edo is located in the Japan Pavilion of EPCOT’s World Showcase above the Mitsukoshi Department Store. This sit-down dining location features a communal dining experience with authentic Teppan-yaki-style cooking. This means chefs come right to the grills at your table to cook your meal. The tables at Teppan Edo seat 8 people and are in a curved shape around the grill in the middle. If you party is less than 8, you will likely be sat with another group.
