Overview of Biergarten

Biergarten Restaurant is a sit-down buffet dining experience located in the Germany Pavilion at EPCOT. On the buffet, you will find classic German dishes like bratwurst, pork schnitzel, spatzel, and cheese and beer soup. While you enjoy these dishes a live band plays polka music. This makes for a very lively dining experience!

Food & Drink Items We Tried

Because Biergarten is a buffet, we tried almost everything. Read on for some highlights of the food items we tried!

Macaroni and Cheese

This classic side dish pairs well with the meat offerings found at Biergarten, such as Roasted Chicken and Pot Roast. You will find it in the hot section of the buffet.

Sauerbraten and Herb Spatzel

Sauerbraten is a traditional German marinated meat dish. We found it was delicious when eaten with the Herb Spatzel which is a German egg noodle.

Meatballs and Red Wine Sauce

We also tasted the meatballs in red wine sauce which is also from the hot section of the buffet.

Bavarian Cheesecake

When it came time for dessert, we tried most of the offerings. We enjoyed the Bavarian Cheesecake which is lighter than a standard cheesecake.
