- Vero Beach with the highest increase at 10.91%
The projected annual dues are officially ratified after voting at the condominium association meeting, scheduled for December 10th. Dues statements are slated to be released by late December.
Some important deadlines to keep in mind:
- January 15th: Disney Vacation Club members’ annual fees are due, but can also be paid on a monthly basis.
- January 31st: Deadline to set up autopay
- February 15th: Dues are officially considered late if not paid by this date
Monthly autopay can be set up, but keep in mind the following:
- A US-based checking account is needed – there is no credit card option currently for monthly autopay, only annual payment
- No changes are needed – if payment details are the same as 2020
- Monthly billing is interest free – annual fee is simply divided by 12 evenly, no extra charges are assessed
A new feature this year being offered is the ability for members to use a credit card to enroll in automatic payments for their annual dues. Credit card payments will only be available when paying the full annual amount, so monthly autopay will still require a US-based checking account.
Annual dues are used by your Disney Resort for the following purposes:
Cost Components |
Administration & Front Desk |

Annual fees are determined by the number of points you own, so the size of ownership interest dictates how much you will be paying in dues. Disney Vacation Club annual dues are a built-in cost that allow Disney to provide an optimal experience for all of its members.
