EPCOT Hours Extended Starting January 1st

Disney’s holiday season has officially begun! The holiday transition that began on November 6th also brought with it new updated hours to Disney World’s EPCOT.

EPCOT’s hours have been announced to be the following:

EPCOT will be open 11am-8pm from January 1st to January 16th instead of the previously posted hours of 12pm – 8pm. After January 17th the hours at EPCOT will change to 11am – 7pm.

Hours are currently posted up until January 23rd. 

Please note that Walt Disney World has reinstated its regular practice of announcing typical hours, while extending the hours the parks are open, based on current park attendance or expected occupancy at Disney hotels as upcoming dates approach.

The announced hours act as the minimum opening and closing times, which can be changed, and historically Disney has extended park hours instead of reducing. Walt Disney World released hours for the holiday season a full 6 months in advance, prior to the parks being closed, and so these hours were originally based on projections from past park attendance.
