Disney Vacation Club has released their proposed 2023 annual dues. The proposed 2023 Annual Dues represent an increase of anywhere from 2 to 8 percent over the current annual dues, depending on your home resort. This increase is in line with Disney Vacation Club’s commitment to maintaining a strong financial foundation while providing quality experiences for its members.
Here are the proposed dues for the 2023 DVC calendar year:

Disney’s Riviera Resort once again comes in at the lowest increase with just 1.81% higher dues, while Beach Club Villas sees the largest increase in dues at 8.35%. A close second for highest increase of dues goes to the Polynesian Villas & Bungalows at just over 8% increase from last year.
Surprisingly, Boulder Ridge, Copper Creek, and Grand Floridian annual dues are increasing from the low to mid 4 percent range, despite many updates and refurbishments planned for those resorts in 2023.
Disney Vacation Club will be seeking approval from the DVC Board of Directors for the proposed 2023 Annual Dues on December 8th of this year. If approved, the new annual dues would go into effect on January 1, 2023.
