This holiday season, Disney Vacation Club (DVC) is rolling out the red carpet for its members with an exclusive holiday extravaganza – the Disney Vacation Club Hoop Dee Holidays! Scheduled on select nights in November and December, this event promises a memorable evening filled with laughter, music, and a scrumptious feast. This DVC exclusive event unfolds at Pioneer Hall in Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, where members can enjoy a pre-show exclusive to them and take home a keepsake to remember the special night, followed by the much-loved Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue.
Save The Dates
Mark your calendars for two special evenings – Tuesday, November 28, 2023, and Tuesday, December 12, 2023. The event will host two shows each day, commencing at 4:00 PM and 6:15 PM Eastern Time. Attendees are advised to arrive half an hour before their reserved time for check-in. The doors open and seating starts promptly, with the show beginning 20 minutes later.

The Disney Vacation Club Hoop Dee Holidays offers more than just entertainment. Prepare to indulge in a feast that will tantalize your taste buds. The all-you-can-eat menu features Tossed Mixed Greens, Fresh-baked Cornbread, Creamy Coleslaw, Unlimited Fried Chicken, Smoked BBQ Pork Ribs, Macaroni and Cheese, Cowboy Beans, Strawberry Shortcake, and an endless supply of Draft Beer, Wine, and Sangria for guests aged 21 and above.
Membership Benefits & Reservations
The event is exclusively open to Disney Vacation Club Members eligible for Membership Extras benefits. Each member can invite up to 11 guests per membership, accommodating a total of 12 attendees per group. Seating arrangements are made based on party size and category, with three different seating categories to choose from. Categories 1 and 2 offer wheelchair-accessible seating, while Category 3 seating is situated on the second floor of Pioneer Hall, which lacks elevator access. Prices incorporate tax and gratuity, and reservations need to be made in advance.
Travel Tips & Important Details
Whether you plan to use Disney Resort Transportation, your own vehicle, or the ferry from Magic Kingdom Park, ensure you allocate enough time for travel and transfer. Please note that there is no direct route between Disney Resort Hotels and Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. The event has limited space, so advance booking and full payment at the time of booking are mandatory. To avoid paying the full price of the experience, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
