Disney Vacation Club (DVC) has announced that their Member Services will not be operational on July 4th, 2023, in observance of Independence Day. This announcement comes as a friendly reminder for all DVC members to plan their vacation needs accordingly.
Member Services, Member Administration and Member Accounting will be closed on Tuesday, July 4, 2023 in observance of Independence Day. We will reopen on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at 9:00 AM Eastern Time.
Please note that the Member Online Booking tool, Online Banking and payments of Annual Dues and Loans will still be available during this time.

While the Member Services team takes a day off, DVC’s digital services will remain available. Members can still manage their vacations online through the DVC website. These platforms allow members to book, modify, or cancel reservations, check their points balance, and more.
Planning Ahead
With Member Services being unavailable on July 4th, 2023, DVC members are advised to make any necessary plans and changes to their vacation bookings in advance. Whether you are planning to book a stay, modify an existing reservation, or have questions about your membership, it’s recommended to do so before or after the holiday.
In the case that you run into any issues online, you would not be able to reach out to Member Services on Independence Day to resolve the issue.

For those who will be vacationing at Disney during the holiday, there will be plenty of Independence Day celebrations to enjoy. From spectacular fireworks displays to special entertainment and dining options, Disney parks pull out all the stops for this patriotic holiday.
