Interacting With Christmas Trees Using MagicBand+
Disney’s Christmas Tree Stroll has become a lot more interactive this year. For the first time, you can use your MagicBand+ to interact with select Christmas trees, adding an extra layer of magic to your holiday experience.
One of the highlights is “The Nightmare Before Christmas” tree, where you have the chance to make Zero fly. Keep an eye out for five other trees that are marked with a MagicBand+ icon; these trees hold a colorful surprise for you.
Meeting Santa Claus at Once Upon a Toy
What’s a holiday season without a visit to Santa? At Disney Springs, you can meet the jolly old elf himself at Once Upon a Toy. It’s a delightful opportunity for children (and those young at heart) to share their Christmas wishes with Santa and create precious memories.
The My Disney Experience app is your tool for accessing the virtual queue system. Please note, there won’t be a standby line available. The virtual queue opens at various times throughout the day:
- 9:00 AM
- 11:30 AM
- 2:00 PM
- 4:30 PM
- 7:00 PM
Key Details to Remember:
- To join the virtual queue, you need to be present at Disney Springs.
- A single member of your group can request access to the virtual queue for everyone in the party. They will get a notification when it’s time for your party to return. This notification will include a link to a digital entry pass. If you have trouble locating your digital entry pass, tap on the three-line “hamburger” icon in the app and select “Virtual Queues.”
- The maximum number of people in a party is capped at 10.
