Disney Vacation Club has announced the dates and registration details for the 2025 Condominium Association Meetings. These annual meetings are a key component of DVC ownership, offering members an official forum to receive important updates, vote on proposed budgets, and hear directly from DVC leadership.

This year, the meetings will take place over two days in December at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. For members who wish to attend, registration is now open, and this guide provides all the necessary information, including the full schedule and how to RSVP.

Meeting Schedule and Location

The 2025 meetings are scheduled for Tuesday, December 9, and Wednesday, December 10, at the convention center atDisney’s Contemporary Resort. Unlike the single, consolidated meeting of past years, DVC will continue with the newer format of holding separate, resort-specific meetings. This allows for more focused discussions on each individual condominium association.

Members are only permitted to attend the meeting for the specific resort(s) at which they own points. The primary purpose of these meetings is for the board to ratify the 2026 resort budgets and address other formal business. Following the formal proceedings, there is typically an opportunity for members in attendance to ask questions.

The complete schedule is as follows:

Tuesday, December 9, 2025

  • 8:30 AM: Disney’s Riviera Resort
  • 9:30 AM: The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort
  • 10:30 AM: Disney’s BoardWalk Villas

  • 3:00 PM: The Villas at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel
  • 4:00 PM: The Villas at Disneyland Hotel
  • 5:00 PM: Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas

Wednesday, December 10, 2025

  • 9:00 AM: Disney’s Old Key West Resort
  • 10:00 AM: Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort
  • 11:00 AM: Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows
  • 12:00 PM: The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort
  • 1:00 PM: Copper Creek Villas & Cabins
  • 2:00 PM: Boulder Ridge Villas
  • 3:00 PM: Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort
  • 4:00 PM: Disney’s Vero Beach Resort

Changes from Previous Years

A notable change for the 2025 event is the apparent elimination of the larger Member Gathering and Reception. In previous years, this reception provided a more social setting for all DVC members to mingle, enjoy refreshments, and interact with DVC executives. In 2024, it served as an addendum to the individual resort meetings, but it does not appear on the 2025 schedule. The focus this year is solely on the formal, individual resort association meetings.

This shift continues the format change from a few years ago, when Florida law required quarterly meetings, prompting a move away from the single large annual meeting. While that law has since been rolled back, DVC has chosen to maintain the structure of separate annual meetings for each property.

Why You Should Pay Attention

The Annual Condominium Association Meetings are more than just a formality; they are a critical part of the DVC ownership structure. The budgets ratified at these meetings directly determine the annual dues that every member pays for the upcoming year.

Attending the meeting for your home resort provides firsthand insight into the resort’s financial health, planned refurbishments, and other operational matters that affect your ownership. It is also one of the few official channels where members can directly engage with DVC leadership.
