For the past year, the restaurant has operated on a walk-up only basis. Now, Walt Disney World has announced a significant operational update that will make it easier for guests to plan their visit: Wailulu Bar & Grill will soon begin accepting online reservations.

This change marks a shift from the restaurant’s walk-up only policy, allowing guests to secure a table in advance and better integrate a meal at the Polynesian’s newest dining venue into their vacation plans.
According to Disney, the key dates for this transition are:
- Online Reservations Open: December 3, 2025
- First Available Reservation Date: December 4, 2025
Starting on December 3rd, guests will be able to book their dining experience at Wailulu Bar & Grill through the official Walt Disney World website or the My Disney Experience app, just as they would for many other table-service restaurants on property.

lulu (calm), a nod to its tranquil setting and expansive views across the Seven Seas Lagoon. The location is particularly noted for its beautiful sunset views, making it a desirable spot for an evening meal.
The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, allowing guests to choose their preferred dining environment. The decor features Polynesian-inspired artwork and design elements, with a focus on sustainability. Much of the artwork was crafted from recycled materials, including reclaimed fishing nets, adding a unique and thoughtful touch to the ambiance. The menu continues the island theme, offering a selection of dishes and cocktails that reflect the flavors of the South Pacific.
