The event will be held at Pioneer Hall in Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. Guests staying outside of Fort Wilderness can park at the main entrance and use the internal bus system to reach the Settlement Depot. Watercraft transportation is also available from the Magic Kingdom area.

Reservation Details
Reservations open on October 10, 2025, and can be made through DVC Member Services. Each DVC membership allows for a party of up to 12 guests, including the member.
