Disneyland Hotel

Disneyland is a wonderful park that is home to several wonderful hotels and DVC resorts. But Disneyland is also surrounded by non-Disney hotels, and with some of them being so close the parks you might be wondering why you should stay on property at Disneyland at all. Disneyland, like Disney World, has many perks and benefits surrounding staying on property during your vacation. There are many reasons to stay at a Disneyland hotel or Disneyland DVC resort during your visit. Continue reading to learn all about the benefits and perks behind staying on property during your Disneyland vacation.

Early Entry

Guests of DVC Resorts in Disneyland can enjoy early park entry; 30 minutes prior the park’s opening. This advantage can be huge for guests who are wanting to experience a big attraction that has a long wait. Entering the park 30 minutes early can mean shorter lines, and being able to hop in line for big rides before everyone else. Early entry can also give families the opportunity to take photos in an emptier park before the crowds fill the streets.

Special Entrances

Guests staying at DVC resorts like Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel can enter parks like California Adventure with their own entrance that is separate from other guests’. This can make a huge difference during the rush to enter the park in the morning and can cut down on wait times drastically. Guests of Pixar Place Hotel can also enter using their own walkway from their resort.

Close Proximity

You simply can’t beat the close proximity that DVC resorts have to the Disneyland parks. Guests staying at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel and DVC’s Disneyland Hotel Villas can go from their hotel room to the parks in just a few minutes. This makes returning back to your resort for a midday break so much easier, and is especially useful if you have children traveling with you who need to nap during the day.

Preferred Access To Hotel Dining

Guests staying at Disney hotels have preferred access to hotel dining. This means that you have an advantage in booking popular hotel restaurants before other guests can make the reservation. Popular restaurants like Goofy’s Kitchen are more available to guests who are staying on property. This means that as a guest of a DVC resort you don’t have to compromise on the reservations you want.

Other Benefits

Other benefits to staying DVC at Disneyland include deluxe accommodations like beautiful pools and splash areas for little ones. Guests can enjoy spa services at Tenya Stone Spa while staying at Disney’s Grand Californian, stay in spacious villas with the whole family, and even take advantage of special offers and packages that Disney might offer throughout the year. Overall, when you stay DVC at Disneyland you are staying inside the magic. And that simply can’t be beat!
