DVC Shop’s Friday For Foodies is an exploration of dining at the Walt Disney World Resort. As part of this series, DVC Shop will dine at restaurants around EPCOT in order to explore their food items and overall dining experience. This week’s featured dining location is Garden Grill Restaurant!

Overview of Garden Grill
Garden Grill is located in the Land Pavilion. This restuarant features family style meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. While dining at the Garden Grill, characters like Chip ‘n’ Dale, Pluto, and Mickey go from table to table for photos and autographs. Additionally, the restaurant rotates at a slow pace to provide vies of Living with the Land.

Food & Drink Items We Tried
Food at Garden Grill is served in a family style. This means you can ask for more of your favorite items. Here are the food and drink items we tried at Garden Grill!
Appetizers
Cornbread
We started meal with some delicious cornbread. This bread is served with honey butter.
Harvest-inspired Garden Salad
Next we enjoyed the Harvest-inspired Garden Salad which features tomatoes, olives, garden peppers, and croutons.
Carrots & Celery
During the appetizer portion of the meal, we also had carrots and celery with farmhouse ranch.

Main Skillet
Backyard Grilled Skillet
The main dishes are served in skillet. The first item we tried from the skillet was the backyard grilled steak which is served with chimichurri sauce.
Rotisserie-roasted Turkey
The next item from the skillet was the rotisserie-roasted turkey. This turkey comes with pan gravy.

Side Items
There are also a few side dishes that come out with the main skillet. These side items include home-style mashed potatoes, farm fresh beans, and macaroni & cheese.

Desserts
Farmer’s Seasonal Pie
We ended our Garden Grill experience with the seasonal dessert item which was warm apple pie. This pie was topped with vanilla ice cream.
