Disney Vacation Club members have something new to look forward to with the refurbishment of the member lounge located in the Imagination! Pavilion at EPCOT. This refreshed space promises to offer a more engaging and comfortable environment for its members, providing a blend of relaxation and unique Disney experiences.

The newly named Disney Vacation Club ImaginAtrium – A Member Lounge will feature an array of amenities designed to enhance the member experience. Among the highlights is an engaging exhibit showcasing archival photos and images that trace the rich history and evolution of EPCOT and Disney Vacation Club. The lounge will also provide comfortable seating areas, complimentary soft drinks, and a dedicated children’s entertainment section, ensuring that members of all ages can enjoy their visit.

Important Details
- Valid Membership Card and photo ID required at check-in. The name on the Membership Card must match the name on the photo ID.
- A Member can bring in up to 4 guests per Membership Card, or the number of guests on their Resort reservation, booked within their Membership.
- Guests and Associates must be accompanied by a Member with a valid Membership Card and photo ID.
- No automatic re-entry allowed. Members and their guests who leave the space must follow the same entry policy.
- Strollers must be parked at the attraction stroller parking outside.
- Children may not be left unattended in the Member Lounge.
- Members should remain with their guests.
- Personal devices should not be left unattended.
- Personal cups may not be used with the Coke Freestyle machines.
- Theme park admission is required for entry to EPCOT and is not included.
- Access to the Member Lounge is part of Membership Extras.
Access and Operational Details
The ImaginAtrium will be situated on the second floor of ImageWorks, operating daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Members will need a valid Membership Card and photo ID for entry, and they can bring up to four guests or the number of guests included in their resort reservation. This policy ensures a secure and enjoyable environment for all members and their families.
Temporary Closures and Reopening Plans
The lounge has been closed for refurbishment since June, with an initial reopening planned for July. Although it has not yet reopened, members can anticipate an announcement soon. During the closure, a temporary lounge was available at the Odyssey Pavilion, which has since closed to make way for the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival.
