To begin your journey, your group is loaded into a giant beehive full of Pooh’s favorite thing, honey, of course! Once you start your experience, you’ll find Pooh flying high in the sky, holding onto a balloon. This is all due to a bad storm in The Hundred Acre Woods. You’ll see more familiar friends like Eeyore, Piglet, Gopher, Kanaga, and even Roo.

Once the storm comes to an end, you’ll find Tigger there to guide you and have your whole party bounce around as you continue your journey through The Hundred Acre Woods to find Pooh’s house. You’ll now find Pooh has fallen asleep, and you get to enter his dreams, including the craziest things such as Heffalumps and Woozles. Pooh’s dream is filled with vibrant colors and all kinds of magic.

Quickly the dream comes to an end, and your beehive cart brings you back on your adventure. Now you come to see all Pooh’s friends have gathered to celebrate their friendship. Of course, you’ll see Pooh enjoying honey and Tigger pleased with his favorite thing, birthday cake! All the friends have gathered to say hooray and bid you farewell as you exit The Hundred Acre Woods and come back outside into Critter Country.

Some history on this attraction was that it was initially the home of The Country Bear Jamboree, which originally opened in 1972. At this time, Critter Country was called Bear Country. The Country Bear Jamboree closed in Disneyland in 2001 to be replaced with The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. This was due to high popularity following the animated Winnie the Pooh movies. After you leave the room of Pooh’s dream in the current attraction, a little hidden secret is that if you look behind you, there are animatronics left hanging on the walls from The Country Bear show.
