Disney Vacation Club (DVC) has expanded its inventory at the Island Tower of Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows. On October 14, 2025, Disney declared 23 additional vacation homes for the timeshare inventory, increasing the total number of bookable homes from 84 to 107. This marks a significant step in the development of the Island Tower, which still has 115 vacation homes under Disney’s control.
Details of the New Declaration

The newly declared vacation homes are located on the fourth floor of the Island Tower, specifically in the central and north sections near Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. The declaration includes:
- 4 Duo Studios
- 11 Tower Studios
- 2 Dedicated One-Bedroom Villas
- 5 Lockoff Two-Bedroom Villas
- 1 Dedicated Two-Bedroom Villa
In terms of DVC points, the new units add a combined total of 348,077 points to the inventory, bringing the declared total for the Island Tower to 1,751,673 points—approximately 48.5% of the building’s estimated total of 3,608,934 points.
